Buffalo Opera Unlimited proudly kicked off its fortieth anniversary this season with Leoncavallo’s PAGLIACCI in September. In February 2026, our rehearsal pianists step into the spotlight with opera’s greatest melodies arranged for two pianos, four hands. March brings us back to Resurgence Brewing Company for Act I of LA TRAVIATA—Violetta’s throwing a party, and you’re invited! We close the season in May 2026 with the world premiere of CARRY MY OWN SUITCASE by Susan Kander and Roberta Gumbel, an opera portraying a young man with autism through projections, movement, and unexpected visual storytelling.
